 Welcome to Karly Kakes, where our high-protein, sugar-free cakes are baked fresh to order & weigh 6.8 ounces. These kakes come in a variety of mouthwatering flavors. by honoring the memory of my beloved daughter Karly, who passed away in 1998. I have created a delicious, guilt-free treats for you to enjoy. 

After I started my health journey I decided protein bars were not for me, and Karly Kakes were born. If I was going to live a high protein, sugar free life then I had to find something that tasted great, Karly Kakes were born.

All the cakes are sugar free and we do not use aspartame. Each cake is made with farm fresh eggs, all natural products and each 5.2 ounce cake is under 190 calories, between 16 and 22 g of protein and vary from 6 to 9 g of net carbs, of course these macros vary from kake to kake.

Karly Kakes are named after my youngest daughter of 4, Karly. These delectable treats are a tribute to her short but impactful presence and while she's not here to live a healthy life, we strive to help you live one in her honor.
